District of Columbia Section 1115 Medicaid Behavioral Health Transformation Demonstration Approved


The District’s Medicaid Section 1115 Behavioral Health Transformation Demonstration was approved by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS). The waiver effective date is January 1, 2020 and most new services authorized under the waiver will be phased in beginning on that date.
