We Don't Need Self-care, We Need Boundaries: How to Make Room for Yourself as a Woman in Medicine

Self-care is an increasingly hot topic as physicians face unprecedented burnout and mental health pressures. But does self-care feel like yet another item on your to-do list? Join MSDC's Women in Medicine group for a discussion with Dr. Pooja Lakshmin, a board-certified psychiatrist at GW School of Medicine & Health Sciences, on setting boundaries and other ways to address burnout and mental health pressures that women in medicine face. 

Healthy food and beverage, including wine, will be provided. There will be time to mingle before and after presentation.
